But after the identifications are made public ... and the "perps" simply resign from the club ... (if they are club members)... their only crime (we are being told) is no more significant that restoring a damaged fender on an automobile and giving it a new coat of paint ... and more orders have been and are being placed with the guy WHO HAS been identified as the "restorer", David Whelen.... who was in attendance at the convention ... but as far as I know was not on the bourse floor.
