I had a similar request this morning from someone I know that is a Who fan, and that I had told about the Hard Rock chips. He asked me this morning if I could now get him one for his colelction of Who memorabilia and having asked Chuck, who provides me with an excellent new issue service for Las Vegas, it now seems no chips will be issued.

While I understand the need to try and prevent profiteering, it does seem that there are going to be genuine Who fans who would like this chip for the collections, and maybe it's a shame that they will simply be destroyed or never issued.
