I understand now. All this Chapter business is due to the opening trade session being delayed for an hour. Well, I certainly can now understand that if we had a chapter, that would not have happened. What I'm really surprised about is how it worked out by itself without the Chapter interceding.

Whatever. I've said my piece. Irritated a lot of people as usual but at least people know where I stand. I have no doubt you will enlist many more than the current plus enrollees within a short time.

I just love the later part of summer when the congress shuts down and everyone goes home but
shutter when the summer vacations end and congress reconvenes. I just know it's going to cost me more money. Now if this new chapter could just be on a permanent vacation.............
