The Hilton in the Isle of Man was the home of last year's Poker Million Tournament - the biggest Hold Em prize after the WSOP (in fact it may have been the biggest until this year's WSOP depending on the exchange rate!).
This year's tournament was due to be moved to London, but at the last minute was cancelled as the police advised that there was some doubt over the legality of the event under the UK's gambling laws. The Isle of Man is, for most purposes, self governing and not subject to UK gaming laws. I think this also means that the 24 hour membership rule does not apply, although I'm not 100% on that.
The casino itself if relatively small, and similar in size to most London casinos, as opposed to a Las Vegas type of operation
