N2272 was issued in 1985. V9913 was issued in 1988. There is no noticable difference between the two issues except for a slight difference in the shade of blues. We probably should not have listed the 1988 issue although many collectors want all issues listed. It really doesn't seem practical when we can't see a difference between the two issues.
