Personally I think it is a BIG mistake for Stephen Wynn or any other American gaming operator to open a casino in Macau especially with reports of loan sharks and prostitutes freely roaming the casino floor. The Nevada Gaming Control Board definitely SHOULD have concerns over one of it's licensees opening up a gaming facility in an questionable area/country. Besides what would stop the Macau government from taking Wynn's $512.8 million dollars then a few years down the road have him get kicked out by corrupt politicians or what would happen if a coup were to occur what would stop the new regime from pull a Fidel Castro and outlaw gambling all together. meaning that Wynn is out all the money that his company put out.
