The SBM Monte-Carlo (Monaco) roulettes shown in this Chipco booklet page are smooth surface. (I don't know about the Hyatt-Tahoe roulettes shown.)

BTW, I have 12 of the 14 graphics shown, and am looking for the other 2 -- "girl with flowers" and "solo bathing beauty". See scan. The outside color doesn't matter. Great graphics on this series, IMO. Email me if anyone can help on the 2 designs I'm seeking.
