For everyone's information I just went onto the Tropicana's website and they are already accepting room reservations in 2003. So technically you could have a room book for the convention for over a year. From what I saw on the booking page when I entered June 5-8 the rooms run from about $49.95 a night for the Garden Room, $59.95 a night for the Island Room and $69.95 a night for the Paradise Room. which to me seem to be an excellent room rate.

I don't know if the club gets a lower room rate for the convention but I don't think you can go any lower then $49.95.
