I got this chip at the convention this year. Believe it was from John Johannes. Not listed in either Eastman's California chip book or The Gaming Table. John usually researches pretty good and I suspect he has i.d. from T.R. King. Maybe he will comment here.

Ziegler's is in TGT as being at 29 South Sutter Street in Stockton. The initials are identified as being that of Sid K. Wyman, presumably the owner.
