Maybe it is time to rethink the entire organizational by-laws and rules. Maybe it is time to rewrite or write guidelines to compensate all the dully elected officers of the club. That they should get a certain percentage of the income of the club.

For instance the President to get 7% of all the monies during his term, the Vice President 5%, the financial secretary 4% and so on down to the last officer.

This will be offered as an incentive to serve their terms.

Any officer can on his own free will donate back his percentage or certain amount back to the club as he wish to do so.
