I did a web search as well, Travis. I did find a movie producer and director by that name. He did some blue movies, and was listed on a porn actress' resume. Maybe that's his signature on the chip and he's the one who gave the restaurant the Pink Taco name?

I did find a number of non-restaurant hits on the web search for "Pink Taco". There's now no doubt in my mind why the Gaming Control Board rejected the first request for a $5 Hard Rock chip with that phrase on it [g].
