Here you see a postcard made in the 1890s from a small wooden Kursaal ON the beach in De Panne (La Panne). We know there was gaming there, we are not sure what though.
This postcard was send on 23-09-1906, in those days they used the 'old' postcards untill they where all gone and only then made new ones.
This 'wooden' kursaal was dismantled around that same postdate, about 1906
