Casino chips are produced for use by players in a casino. I call chips that are NOT made for use in a casino ... "non-casino chips". If a casino makes a LE chip that could be used in the casino, than it should qualify as a casino chip. I know there are gray areas and the distinction is not perfect. But let's go on.
I submitted a request to the Club to expand the Code of Ethics to promote Honesty in Chipping by requiring any Club members selling non-casino chips to fully disclose what they are selling. That means that they cannot call the chip a casino chip if it wasn't (or at least had the potential to be) used in a casino. And sellers have to state exactly what the chip is. For example, they could be a fantasy chip, manufacturer's sample, home use chips, a home made concoction or whatever.
The point is that I have no problem with whatever you want to make or sell, just tell people exactly what it is you are selling. Be honest, don't try to mislead people by stating something that is not true or by holding back information.
