The concept that these services had no dial-up numbers in the Reno area didn't seem possible to me, so I went to the NetZero site, clicked "access numbers" and plugged in 775-348 at the prompt. Came up with 3 Reno access numbers.

I think you should try again... I'm positive Juno and NetZero both have full national coverage for dial-up access.
