I'm not sure when they stopped using the ACO chips you show, David, but the club closed within the last 10 years. It was in downtown Portland.

By the way, an early front-strike matchbook listed it as the Portland Chapter of the National Aeronautic Association. It is a much earlier organization than the 1950's date in TGT would indicate. I have an article that was published in the Oregonian when the club closed. I'll see if I can find it.
