My first trip to Vegas I stayed at Harrahs. The Hotel staff was both rude and incompetant from Housekeeping to the front desk. That was Januray 1999.

The casino was Okay, but the small poker room they had then is gone. I don't recall eating there which probably means the food wasn't great but it wasn't horrible.

I swore I'd never stay there again, but I have stayed at other Harrahs Properties (The RIO, Harrah's in Tunica, Showboat in AC) and been very happy.
