Here's a scan of the $100. It's the only one I have. A friend got it off the set of the movie, and had promised to get me the entire set of chips, but never came through.

I don't know about the entire movie, (I haven't seen it) but the casino scenes were filmed here in Las Vegas at the Desert Inn.
