Jim, I guess you mean by "What are the particulars," what do I want for the chips. If that is the case, then it is the following:

For purchase, it is face value for those on the Chips for face list. http://www.poppel.com/subscribe.htm

For all others, it is the same as they charge when they sell chips plus whatever the shipping fees are when you sell chips. E.g. If you sell your $5.00 chips for $8.00 plus $2.00 shipping, then I sell mine for the same.

If you want to trade, it is face for face.
