Consensus is that this is the one commissioned by Jimmy Hoffa for a Teamsters Convention in LV in 1964. It does, however, not have the metal backing designating convention dates. If I'm wrong in any of this description I'm sure you'll let me know. You might want to take a look. It's dirty but in nice condition, no chips or dings.
