Here’s a very sick twisted idea.

What if during next years convention the Hard Rock produces another NCV chip.

A greedy collector becomes the first in line to receive the first chip. While standing in line, the greedy collector calls the Nevada Gaming Commission and complains about the chip.

Before the Nevada Gaming Commission shows up, he gets his chip and the rest of them are confiscated.

What do you think that would do to the price of that chip?

Now add to the mix that the greedy collector gets 10 - 15 friends involved on this plan.
