"Are the green or black ones more scarce than the red ones?"

Actually... they are all "scarce". Only 350 chips of the "fancy A" mold were made (100 each of red, green, black..., plus 50 assorted overrun colors). Only those who attended the sold-out early bird banquet received one .... although there were additional colors that were picked up by others as they took their seats, trying to put complete 3-piece sets together, which unfortunately resulted in a few banquet goers not getting a single chip.
