My computer is working fine now. Last night I tried to connect to the internet with no luck. After several tries I called my ISP. He ran me thorugh a bunch of stuff and finally decided that my moden went. I called Dell and after about 45 minutes of him telling me what to do they also said my modem was shot. So they set up for a technician to call and set up an appointment to come and fix it. Now my computer is working fine. Any ideas of what could have caused this ?
