well, for one thing it seems Ok to me if (a) the chip you received is in the same general condition as the one pictured, AND (b) it is a relatively inexpensive chip. For example, it seems ridiculous to me for the seller to have to rescan every $5 value chip he puts on eBay, whether he discloses it or not........ ....... The devil is in the details, whose ox is gored, etc,.... ..... And welcome to the Board. You will be very happy here. They love a lob like you gave them where they can tear into someone or something.
