Being a former high school Math teacher, this kind of thing drives me crazy. For any annual event, the "Second Annual......" takes place on the first anniversary of the given event, the "Third Annual......" takes place on the second anniversary, and so on and so on. Therefore, the 10th annual CCGTCC Convention takes place on the ninth anniversary, not the tenth.
