Some casino's have ATM machines that allow a no limit withdrawl. As an alternative, many banks will allow you to place higher limits on ATM withdrawls but you must make arrangements before hand. I have this arrangement with my Wells Fargo ATM card but never tried it with some of the others.

I expect if one has an American Express card (as opposed to a MC or Visa) they will cash a small check--$200.00 or so.
