I know there are two types of envelopes for priority mail. It is just that the good-sounding "fill it up all you want"-type is a fraud/deceptive, al least at my Post Office. By not letting me use extra tape to close it securely, I can't fill it up with heavy stuff. That simple. (I can't find that rule on the envelope or anyplace else.)
