Why is it so hard for people to understand that a pre-registration package is made for people that per-register to attend a particular event and then SHOW UP at that event to claim AND USE the material inside the package.
The only thing people not showing up to claim their package are ENTITLED TO is to get their money back. Period.
The only reason there is such a big uproar over this "package" is because of the stupid Hard Rock chip coupon. At this point there has been so much hype on Hard Rock (IMO-just so some can make money on the stuff)I would much rather have the Palms chip.
