Just recently there was a lawyer in Oregon who got fed up with spam and responded by doing what the spam said to do. Place Remove in the subject and return it.

Now they hit him twice as hard. He tried several more times and then started including a small paragrah into his e-mails to them about how he charges for reading their mail. It was something like $25/per.

Still the spam came. This went on for over a year and then he did what all lawyers do...sue!

He won, they paid and he said any average Jo could do it as the paperwork was very easy.
