Phyllis, why do you say the chip is "probably an illegal"?

Thousands of chips were made for individuals, often hotstamped with their initials. Just because a chip is unidentified, and has initials on it, doesn't mean it was "probably an illegal."

Seems lots of people are willing to jump to that conclusion though - you're certainly not alone!
