I recently bought a chip with a weave border. Hopefully, I've attached a copy of what it looks like. The color is either black or very dark blue. Can anyone tell me anything about it other than the fact that it's probably an illegal? One side has the intial as shown in the photo and the other side just reads $5. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
