This is a chip from the closed Casino Diamond El Condado from Lima - Peru with an error: Normally, the $5.00 chip is orange and the $25.00 is red; but this orange chip has the obverse $5.00 and the reverse $25.00 on it. It's in excellent condition, the scan doesn't honour the beauty of the chip. I will put on eBay this chip with 2 "normal" chips a $5.00 and a $25.00 totally free for the winner.
