The blue chip is 1.25" diameter. The rim chamfers to a point (sort of like a mini discus).

Any info on it? (there is an inlaid 4 on the back)

Does this fit the definition of a crest and seal. If the chip was larger and had a square or round edge, I'd say it was a USPC c&s. (Actually I think it is a USPC c&s)
