What you are telling us could cause quite a stir, and although I have no reason to doubt you, I simply don't recognize you. I've done a search of all the archives and can see no previous posts by "Chip Sherrif".

Are you a collector? Are you a member of the CC & GTCC? Although it is quite possible that others know who you are, I don't. And I also noticed that you have logged-in on a AOL account, but show an e-mail address other than AOL and it's a contest email account at that.

However, this is an open BBS and anyone can post here and your information could be quite real. However, the little bit of information that you have provided is not enough for anyone to do anything about. You appear to have met this person (since you saw the boxes of chips), where was that at? If you sold chips for him, where did you sell them at? Ebay, antique store, garage sale?

Who did you sell them to? A collector, a Club member? Please feel free to shed more light on this, as it appears that you have our interests at heart, but we would most certainly need more.
