Rigdon did not make any chips but they did sell the X mold.
X chips could have come out of USPC in Cincinnati if they are pre 1947 but more than likely they were made at the Burt Co in Maine. I have a list of the old Burt molds but will have to look for it.
There are very few known chips on the X mold.
