Yes, the Board (Marty Kaplan specifically) continues to "work" the brass core inquiry. As stated before, every member is encouraged to provide information that they may know regarding brass core chips that would aid in the investigation (pro or con).

On the off chance that Chuck's message is not brass core related, but involves other Code of Ethics issues (or like reportable events), then he is encouraged to make a statement/complaint to the Board.
