Pam is correct. It is in Rock Island IL.
The area is usually referred to as the Quad Cities, with Bettendorf, Davenport, Rock Island and Moline all hugging the Mississippi River at the same bend. There are two or three other riverboat casinos in the same Quad Cities area.
(I'll be going there in two weeks. Hope they are all still open)
