The "501" number mentioned was for that casino only and was used as an example to show the mintage number distribution by type of stike.

No mintage figures were given for any "sets", just individual tokens by casino.

The "smallest" mintage that I can find for 1967 is 251, thus, that would be the greatest number of proof sets available for 1 of each token from each casino that tokens were made for that year. If some tokens were issued individual, then the total number of sets available would be greatly less.
