I bet they would have pulled it for any other body part as well. I feel sure they won't go for selling a lung or a kidney, toenails are kinda in a grey area but the demand is relly low.

Plus if they don't allow it, they could care less where the money goes. The "Cocain for Charity" didn't fly either.
