Take the example of the casino that told Greg not to show the scan of their (the casino's) chips. Since Greg acquiesced to their demand, I don't see how Greg or any other scanner can tell others what to do with their scans when even they admitted that it's the owner of the chip not the scan that controls use of the scan.

Of course my personal opinion is, once on the net, any scan is free.
