In that case then you do not have to charge your buyers ANYTHING for insurance. You are covered on all mailings up to $200 & have to do nothing. Anything over $200 & you need to get $1.10 worth of insurance ($50). Any money you have paid for insurance (under $200) since you have had your policy was wasted.
