I think this is just trying to shift the responsibility from the seller to the buyer. It also never works........You can tell the buyer that he refused the insurance, but that is not going to make that buyer ANY happier that the package never arrived. IF the package is lost YOU the seller are going to take the heat even if the buyer refused the insurance. It's a lose/lose situation & you are better off paying for the insurance yourself or self-insuring. Andy - Las Vegas
