While I can appreciate the desire to sell or purchase chips on-line, it seems that if you REALLY wanted to be safe you would have to purchase "delivery confirmation" AND "insurance" from the USPS. Boy....that would put a serious crimp on the selling price, wouldn't it? Makes one want to swear off bying on-line and only purchase in person IMO.
