I only had one case and it was very simple. I had to wait 30 days before submitting claim. I got the forms from the PO, signed & completed them, attached the insurance receipt and sent it all to the buyer. She in turn took the forms to her PO an got a refund for what she had paid. Smooth deal and she was paid on the spot.
