I have a Hard Rock No Doubt Buyer who I notified on date of when I sent the chip, email today said she did not receive it. Mailed April 12. I lose here because I will replace the chip and send INSURED. She goes on my BLOCK LIST. If this person honest? do not know, but has a low feedback number....

Sometimes spending $1.10 yourself, is worth it....
