I haven't sold any chips on eBay but two years ago I was selling collectibles there. I just included the insurance in the shipping cost that I quoted because I felt like it was the dealers responsibilty to do their best to make sure that the package arrived at it's intended destination. I know that many dealers give the choice, but I feel safer if the P.O. takes on the responsibilty, not me.
