I Like "The Winner's Guide to Casino Gambling" by Edwin Silberstang. I like this one because it also covers other common casino games such as Craps & Baccarat. It also includes sections on Money Management & Self Control. It is written in a simple, straight forward style.

There are a lot of books out there, some overly academic and some overly simplistic. Most of the better ones are available at Gambler's General Store on Las Vegas.
