Top of the Vine was a cardroom in Lebec, California. Name comes from Lebec being at the summit of "the grapevine" on I-5 which is the small mountain range you go over entering the greater Los Angeles area from the north. I don't know which of their brass chips were actually used in games. I doubt they all were. Incidentally a Southern Californa dealer bought the club's chips so there is a large quantity of them slowly coming on the market.
