From what I understand negotitations have not come to the point you are raising. Obviously, a settlement proposal WILL INCLUDE, in my opinion, workers contributing to their own coverage. I do not have a problem with that type of settlement. How much? - to me is not an issue. Going from -0-to all would be an issue for me. Many of these workers are paid very low wages BECAUSE of the fringe benefit such as paid for health coverage. To take away the fringe benefit in total would be a very drastic first step. Best, Jim
