From my prospective, I just don't understand the problem. I never had anyone, ever, pay for my health insurance. Sure it cost a lot of money, but so does everything else.
I remember a short while back while playing in a low limit poker game, an "older" gentlemen was complaining that he didn't have health insurance because he couldn't afford it. In the meantime, he lost over $100.00 that night in the game. One lost in one night. Multiply that buy the many nights of loses in a month. and he's crying on my sholder about not being able to afford health insurance.
It's all a matter of priority, folks. Smokers can always find enough money to buy cigarettes, drinkers for drinks and it seems there is always money available for entertainment. Money enough for what you want, but not necessarily what you need.
