I was just on strike for 8 weeks last year for the same thing. The company wanted to take away health care. i checked into paying for health insurance for myself and my wife and the cost was way out of my budget.
I hope that those union members don't have to go on strike because it is a no win situation for all sides involved.
every company is trying to do the same thing and make employees pay for thier own health coverage.
